HP today announced the TouchPad. The new tablet will be using the new webOS 3.0 for tablets.
The Touchpad will be sporting a fast 1.2 ghz dual core Snapdragon processor. It has similar dimensions maybe a bit less wide as the Ipad at 242 x 190 x 13.7 mm. The weight is similar to Ipad at 1.6 pounds. The screen is the same size and resolution as the Ipad at 9.7 inches and
1024 x 768 resolution. It comes with two amounts of memory 16gb or 32gb. The new interface looks very slick but will need to get our hands on it to see how it flows. Also the new TouchPad will rely heavily on web based apps and solutions.
