The Ipad comes with a full 1 year warranty, fully fixed cleaned and inspected.
Ipad will come with all accessories.
One good thing to look for in refurbished is do they sell an extended warenty? These you can buy one.
I am not saying you should buy it but at least they have confidence it should be a good product.
If I ever upgrade my 16GB Wifi Ipad this will most likely the route I go.
